Reuben Graham’s brother passes apprenticeship with flying colours

The elder son of Reuben’s Retreat founders, Nicola and Mike Graham, has passed his Hays Travel apprenticeship with flying colours.

 

Isaac Graham and his fellow apprentice Ruby Donald-Hunt both passed their apprenticeships recently with a double distinction.

 

They raised a toast to their achievement with their branch manager Pearl Hartley at the agency’s recent Golden Ticket event which marks the “exceptional achievements” of its staff.

 

They work at Hays Travel in Denton, Manchester, which has supported Reuben’s Retreat, created by Nicola Graham in 2012 in memory of Reuben.

 

The retreat has a house in Glossop, Derbyshire, which supports families who have suffered the loss of a child or have a child living with medical complexities.

 

Isaac said: “I am delighted with being awarded a Golden Ticket and I thought the event was amazing!

 

“I am very proud that we passed our apprenticeship with a double distinction and I can’t wait to see what the future has in place for us.”

 

Ruby added: “Passing my apprenticeship with a double distinction was a huge achievement for me and it wouldn’t have been possible without my team.

 

“It has helped me gain confidence in many ways. The Golden Ticket event was an amazing evening and I’m looking forward to what comes next.”

“Our monthly ‘Steps to Success’ meetings always ended with the same reminder: ‘I want you to be the best’.

 

“I look forward to seeing exactly where Isaac and Ruby’s careers take them. I have loved watching them grow and I honestly love working with them daily.”
