Rick White joins Eg.1 Global from Boyden

Eg.1 Global has appointed Rick White to lead its newly established global Aviation, Transport and Travel Practice.

The business insight and talent consultancy firm said the appointment “marks an important step in our continued sector expansion” as it described White as “one of the leading executive search professionals across the aviation, transport and travel industries”.

White, who moves from global talent and leadership advisory firm Boyden, has more than 25 years’ experience in advising boards and senior leadership teams across the globe.

“Rick brings deep sector expertise, an extensive international network and a strong track record of appointing transformative leaders within complex multinational organisations,” said an Eg.1 Global spokesperson.

White will be tasked with establishing and growing the practice worldwide, supporting clients across Europe, the Middle East, North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia Pacific and Australasia.

The practice will focus on senior executive search and leadership advisory services that enable “sustainable growth, operational excellence and long-term performance”.

The launch of the Aviation, Transport and Travel Practice forms part of Eg.1 Global’s broader strategy to expand its global footprint and deepen sector specialisation across key industries.
