Riviera Travel has launched a support desk tool in its Riviera Explorer platform to give agents “faster and easier access to help”.
The new function is designed to be a “single point of access for trade support” and answer queries about bookings, customer requests, incentives and other topics to be a “one-stop shop” for the trade.
The support desk is accessible in the ‘Support’ section of Riviera Explorer and sources answers from Riviera Travel’s AI-powered assistant, Riva AI, and also has an “embedded support form” for agents to get in touch with existing channels about detailed queries.
Agents need to select either river cruise, escorted tour or yacht, ocean and solo to start the process, and then can choose a category relevant to their question, such as: booking and customer support, Riviera Explorer platform support, incentives, campaigns and agent benefits, trade support requests and training and learning.
Vicky Billing, UK and Ireland director of trade, partnerships and loyalty, said: “The launch of the support desk in Riviera Explorer is the next step in how we are supporting our valued agent partners at Riviera.
“We’re continuing to invest in practical tools that make it easier for agents to find answers quickly and focus on selling Riviera with confidence.”
