Riviera Travel has opened applications for an apprenticeship programme starting in September.
The two-year Career Discovery course will take on four apprentices who will rotate around the customer service, sales, transport and operations teams.
They will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification with Burton and South Derbyshire College and receive an annual salary of £19,240.
At the end of the programme, apprentices will have the opportunity to continue in a rotational role or move into a permanent position to align with their strengths and interests.
Online applications are open until May 18.
Laura Harvey, Riviera Travel people director (pictured), said: "We’re really proud to be launching our first apprenticeship programme at Riviera Travel.
"We know the future of our business depends on the talent we nurture today, and launching Career Discovery is a key part of our commitment to building that future.
"Career Discovery is about opening up opportunities for people at the very start of their careers — giving them real experience, real development, and a strong foundation for whatever comes next."
She added "opening new pathways" into the travel industry would also help bring in "fresh perspectives" and "greater diversity" to the operator to help "drive it forward".
"It helps us stay fresh, forward-thinking, and ready for what’s next. It’s an investment in our future as much as it’s an investment in theirs," Harvey said.
