Royal Caribbean has expanded its UK and Ireland sales team and promoted several members to new positions.
Alice Logue and Matt Whiteman-Reynolds join the team as sales development managers for the southwest and south Wales and London and the southeast, respectively.
Logue joins from Tui, while Whiteman-Reynolds was most recently at Nespresso, but held prior roles at Virgin Holidays and Tui.
Both will form part of a team of eight sales development managers who will report to senior strategic sales manager Luke Vanderhoeven, who was recently promoted to oversee the field sales and strategic account manager teams.
In addition, Laura Bailey and Chloe Palmer have been promoted to strategic account managers for homeworking and retail channels respectively and will report to Vanderhoeven in his new role.
Bailey was previously a sales development manager within the field sales team, while Palmer was a key account manager.
Meanwhile, David Hearn will rejoin the UK and Ireland sales team as a business development manager after two years as a senior key account manager for Northern Europe.
Hearn first joined Royal Caribbean’s UK sales team in 2013 and in the newly created role will manage strategic projects and be “the key contact” for new business partners in the UK and Ireland.
The changes mean the UK and Ireland sales team now has 21 members, headed up by Aaron Langford, senior sales director for the UK and Ireland.
Langford said: “We proudly welcome Dave, Alice and Matt to their new roles, and congratulate Luke, Laura and Chloe on their well-deserved promotions.
“Internal moves like these are always worth celebrating, as they reflect the strength and expertise of our team.
“These new hires and promotions are a commitment to building an ever-stronger sales team, ready to best support our partners ahead of a defining and exciting 2026 for Royal Caribbean in Europe and beyond.”
