Royal Caribbean has revealed it is set to introduce Upper Deck 250, an “elevated” version of its Upper Deck 100 rewards programme.
The new programme, due to come into effect at the end of next month, will recognise travel agents who achieve £250,000 or more in bookings annually.
Rewards will include branded merchandise, enhanced holiday cashback of up to £250, Revolut physical cards, access to exclusive ship visits and family day experiences in Southampton, personalised glass recognition awards and bespoke email signatures and logo assets.
Aaron Langford, senior sales director for the UK and Ireland at Royal Caribbean, said: “With the arrival of Legend of the Seas – the first Icon Class ship to sail in Europe – this month, it’s more important than ever that we continue investing in the relationships that help drive our success.
“Upper Deck 250 is ultimately about celebrating our most engaged partners and ensuring they feel valued, connected and supported as ambassadors of Royal Caribbean.
“Beyond incentives, this is about building a community of highly engaged partners who feel genuinely connected to our brand through recognition, exclusive access and shared experiences.”
Upper Deck 100, which was introduced in September 2024, rewards agents who achieve more than £100,000 in bookings within a year.
