RYANAIR has vowed to stand its ground by refusing to pay agents on Passenger Service Charges.
Last week ABTA named the seven airlines it is preparing to take to court for collectively owing agents £500,000 (Travel Weekly March 12).
Ryanair owes around £300,000 of this but has said it will fight ABTA, despite the association winning a Court of Appeal ruling last year which netted agents £14 million in unpaid commission.
