Thomas Cook Group strategy director Angus Porter has become the second senior figure to leave the company in as many days. A spokesman said there are were no plans to replace him in the role and added brand director Michael Johnson was taking on his day-to-day responsibilities. Porter’s departure follows that of Thomas Cook UK and Ireland managing director of scheduled business Sue Biggs who left the company yesterday. A spokesman denied the two departures are part of a wider management restructure.
