The Seychelles Tourist Office has had to axe its 100% Pure marketing campaign after receiving complaints from Tourism New Zealand.
A campaign of the same name is used by the New Zealand body, which is believed to have threatened the Seychelles Tourist Office with legal action unless the advertising slogan was changed.
In a statement, Tourism New Zealand said the Seychelles had agreed to cease all use of the expression 100% Pure. The Seychelles Tourist Office confirmed that the marketing campaign had been changed, saying it had been realigned for the future.
