Silversea appoints business development manager for south

Silversea has appointed James Edwards as business development manager for the south.

Edwards has more than 23 years of experience in the cruise industry and previously worked for Silversea as a future cruise consultant on board its ships for nine years.

He has also held sales management roles at World Travel Holdings, Royal Caribbean International, Norwegian Cruise Line and Carnival Cruise Line.

A spokesperson said: “James is a strong addition to Silversea’s growing UK trade sales team.

“His return marks the company’s enduring commitment to further strengthening its relationship with travel partners and reinforcing its dedication to providing the very best service in the industry.”
