sky travel to launch new travel show

SKY Travel is to launch a live television show to promote its recently launched travel service.

The show will be called Late Deals LIVE! and will offer late deals from Cosmos, First Choice, Olympic and Thomson. It will run throughout the summer between 7pm and 10.30pm every Thursday.

Sky Travel general manager Delia Bushell said: “By combining last-minute bargains with a dynamic live TV format, Late deals LIVE! offers tour operators a unique distribution channel throughout the peak booking season.”

Users of the service will have to telephone a call centre to book a holiday, but they can book scheduled flights through their television remote control.
