Surely there is no justification?

I have just read your letters page (Travel Weekly May 29) and experienced deja-vu while reading a letter about Cosmos poaching a client through direct selling.

 

 

The same thing happened to us only a few days earlier.

 

 

The only difference being that our agency had the problem with First Choice. Is it now normal practice for the company to get the agency to do the hard work and then tell the client they can have 15% off? I am waiting to hear from First Choice on this. It will be interesting to see if their reply is the same as Cosmos’.
