Swan Hellenic pledges strengthened trade support as bookings rise

Swan Hellenic is boosting trade support after hailing exponential growth due to rising demand for polar sailings.

The three ship expedition line claimed three-fold year-on-year global revenue and passenger growth led by interest in Arctic and Antarctic itineraries.  

Trade bookings made up 95% of the total last year over 2024.

New cruises across the Asia-Pacific region and the west coast of Africa have helped tap into  a growing appetite for experiential travel.

Swan Hellenic UK will be strengthening both its sales and passenger services teams, with a global guest relations executive and a sales reservations agent.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to the trade through enhanced ship visits, tailored training opportunities and promotional campaigns.
