Thomas Cook finalises sale of Spanish hotel group

Cook confirmed the disposal of its interest in Hoteles Y Clubs De Vacaciones (HCV) to a consortium led by Iberostar.

The transaction has reduced the group’s net debt by €94 million.

“The sale of HCV is part of the Group’s disposal programme and underlines our commitment to reduce debt,” Cook said.
