Thomson will reward loyalty from top dogs

THOMSON Travel Group senior bosses will receive a bonus equal to half their annual basic salary if they stay with the company six months after it is taken over by Preussag.

 

 

However, Thomson board directors and senior managers who terminate their contracts within six months of the acquisition will also receive cash. They will be entitled to a pay-off of up to 12 months’ salary and bonuses. The details were made public in a document sent out to shareholders that recommends they vote for Preussag’s proposal of 180p a share.
