Titan Travel’s trade team has been expanded to bolster service to agents in time for the peak booking period.
Erin Taylor and Tricia Doe have joined to enhance the operator’s field presence in the north and Midlands, respectively.
A third member will soon be added to support agents in the south.
Doe was most recently Tui customer experience lead and airport operations at Manchester airport, while Taylor also worked at Tui and was assistance manager at the company’s Darlington agency branch.
The newly expanded team of eight will be on the road throughout January for a ’Mega Blitz,’ aiming to reach more than 2,500 retail and homeworking agents.
Agents are being offered the chance to win special rewards ranging from shopping vouchers to days out in addition to £10 for every booking via Titan’s rewards scheme.
The brand’s ‘Winning Wheel’ offering has been upgraded, meaning that every spin guarantees a win.
Additionally, all bookings made during January for departure before March 31, 2027 will automatically have a 10% discount applied.
