SPAA president Mike Tibbert (pictured right) hailed the success of this year’s awards, which saw double the number of nominees compared to the inaugural event in 2022.
“Last year’s event was brilliant and we had such amazing feedback that we wanted to keep the momentum going and do another Sparkle Awards this year.
“There is no other event like this in Scotland. Other awards ceremonies often reward airlines and tour operators but it is so important to praise frontline agents for the amazing work they do and to give them the recognition they deserve.
“A huge congratulations to all of our winners.”
