Training manual on CD-ROM

THEApartments Abroad Group has launched its new training manual on CD-ROM to allow agents easier access to the information.

 

 

The disc, which allows agents to access information via their intranet systems or load it directly onto trainees’ PCs, has been introduced at the request of the larger independent agent groups, consortia and teleworkers who wanted to distribute the pack to branches or members.

 

 

It covers how to cost and book accommodation-only sales and is backed by a training course which is being rolled out to agents who have signed new commercial agreements with the operator.
