DoSomethingDifferent.com adds New York activities

Attractions and ticketing specialist DoSomethingDifferent.com has added new tickets and attractions to its New York range following the restart of travel to the US on November 8.

Annabel Cove, head of sales and marketing at DSD, said: “Expanding the range of tickets sold demonstrates DSD’s commitment to the trade. Commission is paid on all tickets and flexible terms include no deposit, amendment or cancellation fees.”

New products include the Empire State Building Sunrise Experience, offering the chance to see views of New York at dawn, without the crowds.

It costs from £115 per person and 100 tickets are available on 50 dates throughout the year, with start times from 5am to 6.45am.

A new attraction is Edge at Hudson Yards (pictured), offering 360-degree views from the highest outdoor sky deck in the western hemisphere.

Clients can look 100 storeys down from the glass floor and lean out over the city on angled glass walls. General admission tickets are from £32 for adults and £28 for those aged six to 12.

Basketball fans can book tickets to watch the New York Knicks team at Madison Square Garden between April and October. The cost ranges from £70 to more than £320 for ‘behind the hoop’ seats.

Tickets are also available for Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on Broadway, from £91.
