Travel companies honoured in 2026 best workplaces list

A range of travel companies have been honoured for their workplace cultures in the 2026 Best Workplaces in Travel awards.

A total of 19 companies appear on the list and received their recognition at an event held at the London offices of Grant Thornton on Thursday (July 2).

The overall winner in the small company category was Luxury Coastal, with Holiday Architects and Global Travel Management highly commended, while Golfbreaks was named best mid-size company, ahead of Access Bookings and Newmarket Holidays.

Collective insights from the Best Workplaces in Travel survey showed overall employee engagement risng to 81% from 79% in 2025, while employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) climbed to +64, up from +56 and the highest score recorded in the awards’ five-year history.

Almost nine in 10 (86%) employees said they are happy and proud to work for their organisation.

Best Workplaces in Travel co-founder Gail Kenny said: “Five years in, this is our strongest set of results yet. Engagement is up across the board and our eNPS has reached +64, the highest we’ve ever seen.
