Escorted tour operator Travelsphere has introduced a new tiered reward structure as part of its ‘travelmore’ loyalty programme.
The new system rewards guests for the number of days they have travelled with savings on future departures.
The discounts are available on new bookings across all Travelsphere itineraries:
• Traveller: 1-20 days travelled, save £100pp on future bookings
• Explorer: 21-49 days travelled, save £125pp on future bookings
• Discoverer: 50-99 days travelled, save £150pp on future bookings
• Globetrotter: 100+ days travelled, save £150pp on future bookings plus flexible travel amends
Travel credits will be emailed to customers or the travel agent with whom they originally booked with upon their return home.
Travelmore credits are valid for up to 90 days from when guests return home.
In addition, the programme has been applied retrospectively to those who have travelled with the brand since January 1, 2021.
To celebrate the launch, eligible customers have received a travel credit matching the value of their tier, which needs to be redeemed by the end of August.
Charlotte Field, marketing director at Travelsphere, said: “We wanted to create a loyalty programme that genuinely rewards customers who choose Travelsphere time and time again, with benefits that grow alongside their travel experiences. That’s why the new and improved ‘travelmore’ is based on days travelled rather than points earned.
“It recognises what really matters: the time travellers spend exploring new destinations, creating unforgettable memories and discovering more of the world with us.
“And this is just the beginning, as we have exciting plans for ‘travelmore’ in the future, with new benefits, rewards and experiences designed to make every journey more rewarding.”
