Tube closures to affect Heathorw station

LONDON Underground is reminding travellers of dates when part of the Piccadilly line, which serves Heathrow tube station, will be shut because of engineering works.

The line will be closed between Northfields and Heathrow stations on Sunday June 24, Sunday July 1 and Sunday July 22.

A special bus service will operate in place of the trains in both directions on the dates affected.

Passengers planning to use the bus service to get to Heathrow are advised to allow extra time for their journey to take account of any road congestion.
