Tui has moved to strengthen its backing for agents across the UK with a series of staff changes.
Carly Graham moves to the newly-created role of key account manager for Gatwick to support for agents within the airport’s catchment area.
She was most recently a senior retail manager at Tui’s superstore in Staines where she has worked for almost 20 years.
Alicia Houlihan switches from in-house line Marella Cruises to become key account support specialist on September 8.
Her appointment means Tui now has five dedicated key account support specialists in place.
Recruitment is underway for a Marella Cruises trade training manager following Sarah Whitehouse moving to a new position within Tui.
The role will lead the Marella Cruises trade training and engagement strategy.
Recruitment has also opened for a newly-created Marella Cruises key account manager, the first dedicated field-based position focused exclusively on engaging with front-line agent partners for the line.
The role will support agents across the UK, with a particular focus on the north to reflect the geographical distribution of key partners.
Together, the appointments form part of Tui’s ongoing commitment to supporting its trade partners through dedicated account management, training, product knowledge and commercial support, the company noted
Tui UK retail, omnichannel and third party sales director Jill Cunningham said: "Our trade partners play a vital role in our success, so it’s important that we continue to invest in the support, expertise and relationships that help agents grow their businesses with Tui.
“We’re delighted to welcome Carly and Alicia to the team, while also creating additional opportunities across both our trade and Marella Cruises functions.
“These appointments and new roles will help us provide even greater support to agents across the UK and ensure we’re well placed to meet growing demand from our partners."
