Tui River Cruises’ first music-themed sailing to feature DJ Gary Davies

BBC Radio DJ Gary Davies and Abba tribute band Revival headline Tui River Cruises first music-themed sailing.

‘Rewind on the Rhine’ on board Tui Skyla in November will also mark the river cruise line’s fifth anniversary with a birthday themed event on board. 

The three-night themed cruise featuring a programme of ‘70s and ‘80s entertainment goes on sale today (Friday). Prices lead-in at £849 per person. 

Radio 2’s Davies will host a DJ session as well as a Q&A sharing behind-the-scenes stories from his career and passion for music, while the Abba tribute act will perform the Swedish band’s greatest hits. 

The itinerary will also include silent discos, decade-themed quizzes, and themed performances by the onboard entertainment team.

Passengers can also enjoy films celebrating the era, alongside special onboard moments celebrating the brand’s five years of sailing. 

The three-night cruise departs from Frankfurt on November 18 sailing along the river Rhine stopping in Koblenz and Rüdesheim.
