Tui River Cruises has revealed its largest winter season to date with 37 sailings across three ships on the Rhine and one on the Douro for the first time.
The programme includes three, four, five and seven-night sailings between October 2027 and April 2028.
Tui Elara will sail its first winter on the Rhine, joining Tui Aria and Tui Skyla, and will offer two dedicated solo sailings. The first will be a seven-night Rhine Chateaux & Gateaux cruise on October 31, and the second a four-night Northern Rhine Highlights sailing on November 17.
In addition, Tui Luzia will sail its first winter season on the Douro from November 5, offering a round-trip Douro Discovery itinerary from Porto.
Flights will be available via third-party airlines out of Stansted Airport or Gatwick.
Meanwhile, Tui Maya and Tui Isla will sail on the Danube, including New Year’s sailings.
The operator will expand its regional flight programme with a third Tui Airways departure from Birmingham to Düsseldorf. Prices start from £869 for A Taste of Christmastime on the Rhine.
Katy Berzins, head of river cruises, said: “Winter 2027 marks an exciting step forward for Tui River Cruises as we expand both our fleet and our offering.
“With the addition of Tui Elara for her first winter season, we are introducing new Rhine itineraries, winter Douro itineraries and calls to new Belgian ports.
“We’re giving customers more choice and flexibility than ever before, from festive Christmas market sailings to solo cruises and a wider range of regional flight options.”
