Two ‘serious’ bids for Cresta sale

AT LEAST two “serious” bids are understood to have been made for Cresta, which is expected to be sold within a matter of weeks.
Venture capital firm HG Capital and Lastminute.com are thought to be the most likely contenders to buy the MyTravel
tour operation, which initially attracted interest from at least 20 companies.
It is estimated to be worth £40 million-£70 million.
