Virgin Voyages reduces agent rates on selected voyages

Virgin Voyages has reduced agent rates on a range of sailings to $100 per person per night, excluding taxes and fees.

The rates are available to agents who have completed the Silver or Gold tiers of the adults-only line’s online agent training platform, Seacademy.

The offer applies to 48 voyages across Europe, Alaska and the Caribbean, including itineraries visiting the line’s private island, The Beach Club at Bimini in the Bahamas.

A total of 21 voyages are available at $100 per person per night, while 27 are priced from $150 per person per night.

There are also solo rates for agents starting from $200 per person.

The cruises are available on a first-come, first-served basis and partners must call Sailor Services to book.

UK sales director SJ Walker said: “Our First Mates are our biggest advocates, so we want to make it as easy as possible for them to experience Virgin Voyages for themselves.

“By reducing selected First Mate Rates and expanding the number of eligible sailings, we’re giving more of our trade partners the chance to get onboard, discover the product first-hand and feel even more confident selling it.”

She added: “Seacademy is designed to help First Mates build their knowledge and grow their sales, so these rates are available to those who have invested time in our training.
