Virgin Voyages has announced the line-up for its third UK Comedy Fest sailing.
The seven-night cruise on board Valiant Lady will depart from Portsmouth on August 20, calling at Zeebrugge (for Bruges), Amsterdam and Hamburg, where the ship will make an overnight stay.
There will be 15 acts spanning stand-up, improv and storytelling, with Milton Jones, Babatúndé Aléshé, Lucy Beaumont and Seann Walsh headlining the event.
Other performers include Kae Kurd, Aurie Styla, Desiree Burch, Matt Richardson, Laura Smyth, Travis Jay, Darren Walsh, Jack Skipper, Louise Young, Ken Cheng and Impro Allstars.
Fares start from £1,052 per person, with all performances included in the price.
UK sales director SJ Walker said: “The UK Comedy Fest has quickly become one of our most popular themed sailings.
“We’ve brought together some of the biggest names in UK comedy, alongside brilliant breakthrough talent, to create a proper festival-style experience at sea. It is bold, unfiltered and designed for adults.
“With a no-fly departure from Portsmouth, this sailing offers the best of both worlds – the razor-sharp wit of UK comedians with the appeal of canals and cobblestone streets in some of Europe’s most eye-catching cities ashore.”
