Virgin Voyages unveils new group programme for the trade

Virgin Voyages has launched a new groups programme designed to provide a simpler process for the trade.

Agents can hold up to 75 cabins with no deposit. Small groups of eight to 16 cabins come with a 120-day recall period, while large groups of 17 to 75 cabins feature a 150-day recall period.

The programme includes a bonus 2% commission, a complimentary cabin for every 16 cabins booked, group bar tabs per cabin that are extendable by voyage length, and a group dining concierge offering three reserved dinners in speciality restaurants.

New groups created before June 30 will earn either one complimentary cabin for every 12 cabins booked or an additional 2% commission.
