Viva Cruises adds second vessel to Viva Boutique offering

Viva Cruises has added a second ship its boutique line before its launch in 2026.

Viva Unique is scheduled to start sailing in May 2027 on Italy’s River Po and the Venetian Lagoon.

The vessel will join the operator’s first vessel in its premium brand, Viva Beyond, which is slated to launch in 2026 on the Seine River in Paris.

Unique will operate voyages themed around food, culture and art, with a seven-night cruise-only fare starting at £2,350.

Itineraries will have ports of call including the lagoon island of Mazzorbo Burano, Chioggia, Polesella, Taglio Di Po and Cremona.

There are optional excursions to Murano, Torcello, Verona, Bologna, the Unesco site of the Po Delta and Mantua.

More than half of the cabins on Unique will be suites, including the new Unique Suites measuring 30 square metres.

Passengers in the Unique Suites will have in-suite breakfast, seasonal culinary treats, priority dining reservations and an aperitif with the captain and hotel manager. 

All suite passengers will receive priority embarkation, an aperitif and access to airport transfers from Venice.

Unique will also have three restaurants, a wellness area, fitness room and sun deck with a pool on board. 

Viva Cruises currently has a fleet of 10 ships sailing on European rivers.
