Prize

Our 12 winners will attend a VIP trip to Botswana from Saturday, November 7 to Sunday, November 15, and will be hosted at the stunning Chobe Safari Lodge.

 

Each winner will have a professional photoshoot and will appear on the cover of Travel Weekly during 2027. Each winner will also be interviewed about their career and experience on the trip.

 

Flights from Heathrow courtesy of airline partner Ethiopian Airlines are included in the prize, but entrants will be responsible for making their own way to and from Heathrow.

 

The winners will also receive an invitation to the 2026 Globe Travel Awards in London on January 14, as guests of Travel Weekly and Newmarket Holidays.

 

Around their professional photoshoots with award-winning photographer Steve Dunlop, our winners will be living the full Chobe experience.

 

Beautifully appointed river-facing rooms or classic thatched rondavels, all en-suite, will be provided on a single occupancy basis for six nights. Our Cover Stars will also experience sundowners at the Sedudu Bar, sunset river cruises where hippos surface feet from the boat, and a day trip to Victoria Falls, not to mention game drives at dawn and dinners under vast African skies.
