Sailings that go beyond 

HX’s itineraries help provoke deeper immersion into Greenlandic life through both its nature and culture. New this year, its Into the Elements: Greenland Experience excursion offers a multi-day immersion in south Greenland’s raw wilderness, with hikes past dramatic landscapes and spectacular waterfalls, and overnight glamping with local guides sharing regional folklore – limited to just nine guests for an intimate feel.

Other excursions include kayaking through pristine fjords or spotting seals and whales. Walks led by Inuit guides weave regional traditions and stories into the journey, while boat excursions to Disko Bay offer a richer way to explore one of Greenland’s most remote areas.

HX Expeditions’ Greenlandic culinary programme continues across nine sailings throughout the 2026 season. Developed in partnership with Greenlandic chef Inunnguaq Hegelund, the programme includes four-course tasting menus, culinary lectures, live demonstrations and fishing experiences with local communities.
