How Regent Seven Seas Cruises is redefining all-inclusive luxury

For more than three decades, Regent Seven Seas Cruises has set the gold standard for ultra-luxury cruising. With all-inclusive experiences and transparent pricing – meaning no hidden costs or unexpected extras on board – agents can confidently showcase the unrivalled luxury of Regent’s ships, including its new Prestige Class.

All-inclusive product

With a truly inclusive product, guests won’t need to add drinks packages or pay for excursions. Tips, premium drinks, gourmet meals, daily entertainment, laundy and Wi-Fi are included, while flights and transfers can be added if guests wish. There is no charge for speciality restaurants, with fine-dining menus celebrating global flavours from pan-Asian to Mediterranean, inspired by each port. Regent is also the only cruise line to offer unlimited shore excursions in every destination, with thousands of options worldwide – from cable car rides in Japan to driving through Iceland’s mountainous landscapes.

Intimate and personalised

Regent’s ships host no more than 822 guests, creating an intimate atmosphere with a near one-to-one crew-to-guest ratio. From embarkation through to final disembarkation every detail is tailored, with dedicated suite butlers (in Penthouse suites and above) on hand to fulfil every need, from breakfast arrangements to bespoke touches and in-suite minibar preferences. Spacious suites feature ocean views, complete with walk-in closets and marble bathrooms, and 99% of accommodation categories come with a balcony.

Agent-first approach

With a fully all-inclusive model, agents can communicate the exceptional value Regent provides with confidence. There are no add-ons or upgrades to manage and commission is earned on the full fare. The booking process is streamlined, making it easy for agents to sell and for guests to have a luxury experience that’s seamless from start to finish.

One to watch: Seven Seas Prestige

Seven Seas Prestige sets sail this December Carrying just 822 guests and 645 crew, making for a high crew-to-guest ratio, Seven Seas Prestige offers 12 suite categories, including new Skyview Suites with rooftop terraces, two-storey Grand Loft Suites, Horizon Penthouse Suites with oversized balconies and the ultra-luxurious Skyview Regent Suite, the largest suite ever built at sea, spanning 836 square metres.
