Win a trip to GX Cambodia with G Adventures

Embodying travel as a force for good for more than 35 years, G Adventures has been crafting life-changing experiences for your clients while also directly benefiting the places they visit. The tour operator is a community tourism pioneer, proven by its Ripple Score tool, which shows clients how much of their money stays in the places they visit. The higher the score, the more money stays locally. Their average ripple score is 92, meaning 92% of the money they spend in destination goes to local businesses and services.

One of the best ways to understand the good work G Adventures does is at its annual GX event, which is held alongside its non‑profit partner Planeterra to celebrate the transformative power of community tourism. Now you too have the chance to become a travel trailblazer and be one of G Adventures’ Agents of Change at this year’s GX in Cambodia from September 23-28.

What is GX?

GX connects you with a global travel community and offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the lasting impact G Adventures’ trips have, alongside memorable celebrations and live music – The Jacksons are one of many bands to have performed at GX. You’ll also attend the World Community Tourism Summit – an exclusive, GX-only experience featuring industry leaders and change-makers, including G Adventures’ founder, Bruce Poon Tip. Tony Wheeler, co-founder of Lonely Planet, has been a former guest speaker too.

How to win

To enter the competition and have a chance of being an Agent of Change at this year’s GX event in Cambodia, complete the modules in G Adventures’ new course with Online Travel Training (OTT). There are six modules and for each one you complete, you’ll earn one entry (maximum of six entries). One lucky winner will secure a seat at Travel Weekly’s Agent Achievement Awards on July 9, and the chance to win a ticket to the summit. The competition deadline is June 14, although the course will remain live afterwards.
