AE Expeditions launches trade platform to boost agent support

AE Expeditions has launched a new trade platform, called Aurora Advisor Advantage, bringing together trade rates, sales resources and digital tools.

The platform was developed following feedback from travel agents over the past year.

As part of the launch, AE Insider Rates will offer agents and their friends and family the opportunity to book an expedition within 120 days of departure from $300 per person per day, subject to availability.

A new Dates & Rates Tool provides live pricing across every cabin category, allowing voyages to be filtered by departure date, region, season, duration, ship and price.

The operator is also developing an online booking engine to enable trade partners to confirm bookings directly, with a launch date set to be announced.

In addition, AE Expeditions has expanded its inclusions for the 2026-27 Antarctic season to include premium beverages, alongside a no-charge flexible voyage transfer option allowing customers to move a booking within 36 months of their original departure date.
