Karen Milward will look after agents in the east of England, Scotland and the Channel Islands in her new role as business development manager and sales manager for Premier Holidays.
Milward, who joins in July 30 from Wendy Wu Tours where she was sales and business development manager, East of England, replaces national sales manager Dave Kneale.
Carly Charteris, national sales manager, is responsible for agents in the rest of the UK for Premier Holidays.
Milward, who will be tasked with creating new trade partnerships and building on existing agent relationships, said: “I’m excited to sell Premier’s large portfolio of destinations and widen my knowledge of these areas to promote them to agents.
“I hope to continue to build and nurture excellent relationships with key agents, as well as seek out new business opportunities to drive sales – I’m all set to hit the ground running.”
Sales and marketing director Debbie Goffin said: “With Karen’s wealth of experience, personable character and being a well-respected figure in the industry, she will be a big asset and do a fantastic job looking after agents.”
