The staff will move to a newly enlarged Tailor Made store in the town.
Tailor Made Travel chief executive Simon Morgan revealed that the enlarged business was awaiting confirmation from the Civil Aviation Authority of its first Atol, to enable the launch of its own in-house tour operation.
The group closed 2019 with total sales of £30 million, which Morgan hopes to grow towards £35 million this year.
He said: “This company is built on people. Find the best of the best, treat them well, and they will deliver for you.
“We will continue to expand and build this business for as long as there are people who want to thrive in this industry.”
Morgan Travel founder Paul Morgan said: “I’m pleased Tailor Made is taking the helm from today and the team here will become part of a larger organisation with greater buying power and commercial terms.
“I will remain with the company on a lesser basis as a consultant while looking forward to focusing more on my property development and conference businesses.”
Tailor Made Travel started the new year by opening two new branches in Cwmbran and Ebbw Vale, staffed by former Thomas Cook employees.
