Domes Winter Incentive:  One Booking = One Complimentary Night

T&Cs:

 

Incentive is valid for new bookings made between 01 November 25-28 February 26.

 

This incentive is for all Domes Resorts among our five collections.

 

Eligible bookings must be for a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights.

 

Stay Voucher: Hotel dates & Board Basis - subject to availability.

 

Stays are for 2 people - These may be extended to a family stay where a supplement will need to be paid on industry rates.

 

Free stays will be offered only after the booking has been completed.

 

Cancelled bookings will not be included on the incentive.

 

Can be combined with industry rates.

 

For requests during busy periods, the hotel may offer alternative dates/properties - Blackout dates apply (high season, half term)

 

Vouchers expire 31 October 2027.

 

This incentive is valid for Travel Agents & Tour Operators.

 

Travel Agents - eligible bookings can be from any of your preferred tour operator or direct.

 

Each agent can use maximum 7 earned nights per booking.

 

If an agent earns more than 7 voucher nights, the excess may be: (a) applied to a second stay, or (b) exchanged at €10 resort credit per voucher night.

 

Once the free stay has been confirmed, in case of no show, the voucher will not be valid for a future stay.

 

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival; otherwise the voucher is forfeited.

 

During the stay, the agent must: attend a site inspection, and post at least one promotional activity on either their personal or company channels.

 

Vouchers are only to be used by the Agents themselves and cannot be transferred to friends, families, clients etc.

 

It is the sole responsibility of the agent to claim these vouchers from Domes Resorts.

 

Bookings must be registered on our portal www.DomesResortsExpert.com
