Cruise Package Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
• The prize draw is open to UK travel agents only. Only one entry per person is allowed.
2. Prize Details
• The prize includes:
• A cruise package for for two people.
• Return economy flights from a UK airport 
• Return overseas transfers 
• Hotel accommodation (standard room, minimum 3-star rating) before/after the cruise (as required).
• Travel insurance, personal expenses, and any additional costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
3. Booking & Availability
• The prize must be booked and taken within 12 months of the winner being notified, subject to availability.
• Blackout periods apply, including but not limited to peak holiday seasons, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and major public holidays.
• Travel dates and cruise itineraries are subject to availability and may be restricted.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified via email within 5 days of the closing date.
• If the winner does not respond within 10 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
5. General Terms
• No cash or alternative prize will be offered.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• By entering the promotion, the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the promoter.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Liability
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage suffered through acceptance or use of the prize.
• The promoter is not responsible for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or delays outside its control.
