The UK’s top travel agents and agencies have been honoured at the 2025 Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards in London.
The event, held in partnership with headline sponsor Celestyal, took place at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel with more than 750 guests in attendance.
The coveted awards were presented by dancer and TV personality Ashley Banjo alongside Travel Weekly editor-in-chief Lucy Huxley, while entertainment was provided by JLS star Aston Merrygold and Irish hypnotist and magician Keith Barry.
Coveted individual awards included Leisure Agent of the Year, which was won in the high street category by Rebecca White of The Travel Village and in the home-based and call centre category by Personal Holiday Advisors’ Joe Biggs.
Other individual honours included Leisure Manager of the Year, won by Natasha Crossley of Cruise Nation; Young Leisure Agent of the Year, won by Tui’s Megan Lewis; and Agency Support Team Member of the Year, won by Olivia Bell from Dawson and Sanderson.
Multiple award winners included Hays Travel, which won the Large Agency category in the north and south of England in addition to being named national Large High Street Agency of the Year.
Outstanding Contribution honours went to TTNG chief executive Gary Lewis and Idle Travel owner Tony Mann, while Pretty Little Holidays picked up the One to Watch Award and the Mental Health Matters award was won by Anna Perrott of Panache Cruises.
Barrhead Travel, Panache Cruises and Mundy Cruising were named the best large, medium and small agencies to work for.
