Ambassador to host Tony Hadley and Marti Pellow on cruise

Eighties pop stars Marti Pellow and Tony Hadley will perform together on Ambassador Cruise Line’s flagship, Ambience, in October 2026.

 

For the first time ever, the pair will appear together on stage in a double-headlining show.

 

The voyage will also include solo headline shows from them, as well as appearances by other special guests who have yet to be revealed.

 

Cruise with Marti and Tony is a round-trip from London Cruise Terminal in Tilbury, visiting Gothenburg, Copenhagen and Skagen.

 

Cabins can be secured by signing up at cruisewithmartiandtony.com to access the exclusive online pre-sale from 9am Monday (September 29).

 

The cruise will go on general sale on Friday October 3 at 10am.

 

Pellow and Hadley both enjoyed huge global success with their respective groups, Wet Wet Wet and Spandau Ballet, and continue to tour as solo artists.

 

Pellow said: “I’ve done tours by bus, van, plane and train… but never by cruise ship, so I thought, why not give it a go – and who better to set sail with than Tony Hadley?

 

“We’ve both had incredible journeys on our own, but this will be the first time our paths properly cross on stage. I’m looking forward to the music, the laughs, and maybe even a wee sing-song under the stars.”

 

Hadley added: “Me and Marti Pellow on a ship together? Brilliant, I can’t wait to jump onboard.

 

“This isn’t just one night and one show, but six nights and a series of exciting shows plus you get to have a holiday with both of us at the same time.”

Prices start from £699 per person based on two people sharing an inside cabin.
