Hays Travel has scooped the top honour at the Atas Recognition Awards, revealed at the Association of Touring and Adventure Suppliers annual conference in Wales.
Claire Brighton, Atas director, said: “We were overwhelmed with the number of nominations we had from both agents and operators this year and the standard really does get better every year.”
The categories were judged by the Atas trade engagement group and winners were announced were at the ICC Wales in Newport:

Expedition Cruise One to Watch: Simon Oram – The Travel Shop
Creativity Counts: Highly Commended – Heidi Phillips from Designer Travel; Winner – Cartwright Travel
Champion of Change: Designer Travel
