CV Villas bolsters business development team to help ‘strengthen’ trade ties

Specialist villa operator CV Villas has appointed Hollie Anderson as business development executive.

The company said Anderson’s recruitment reflects the company’s “continued investment in expanding its trade and business development capabilities”.

She will work with agents and tour operators, focusing on education around the company’s recently launched unbranded website through which members of the trade can display CV Villas’ portfolio under their own branding.

Anderson will also strengthen existing partnerships and develop new long-term collaborations, helping the brand focus on “increased activity across trade partnerships”.

She previously spent 18 months working at Kuoni, providing “practical insight” into the travel trade landscape.  

Anderson said: “I’m thrilled to be joining CV Villas at such an exciting time. The new unbranded website and the breadth of the portfolio provide a fantastic opportunity to better support and educate our trade partners, and I’m looking forward to building strong relationships across the industry.”

The team expansion comes after CV Villas reported a “record-breaking” sales year in 2025, with a 21% increase in agent bookings compared to 2024.

The brand has also recently boosted its portfolio by 60 properties across Europe after introducing Montenegro as a new destination in 2025.
