Cheaper amendments for client bookings are being offered by easyJet holidays with new online functionality.
A new ‘Manage Holiday’ function via the operator’s trade portal allows agents to manage and update holiday arrangements on behalf of their customers.
The 7,000 agents the operator works with can make transfers and name changes free of charge.
Lower amendment fees for date, flight, or seat changes made via the trade portal have been introduced.
Amendments cost £25 per person when made through the portal, compared to £40 per person when processed by the holiday trade support team.
The new function enables agents to make a range of booking amendments via the trade portal including:
