Intrepid expands premium walking and trekking options

A new range of premium walking and trekking tours is being introduced by Intrepid Travel.

The 10 new trips range from three to nine days in duration across Italy, Madeira, Vietnam, Nepal, Morocco, Peru, Jordan and the US.  

The itineraries are designed for travellers seeking a higher end adventure traversing some of the world’s best hiking trails, according to the operator.

Led by experienced local leaders, travellers stay in handpicked accommodation, with included experiences across five continents.

Premium has become Intrepid’s fastest growing travel style since being launched in 2022, while sales of its well-established walking and trekking range saw an 89% increase in UK customers last year compared to pre-pandemic 2019.
