A new joint structure for the UK and Ireland sales leadership teams for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises has been unveiled.
RSSC UK sales vice-president Paul Beale has been promoted to a newly created, dual-branded role as vice-president for sales UK and Ireland for Oceania and RSSC.
Beale will report to Steve Odell, who was appointed senior vice-president international and consumer sales for both Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings luxury brands in March.
Oceania UK & Ireland sales director Louise Craddock and Ed Lang, promoted to UK and Ireland sales director for UK and Ireland RSSC, will now report to Beale.
At the same time, Georgia Lewis has been promoted to RSSC key account manager for the UK, reporting to Lang.
A statement said: "The restructure provides dual-branded strategic leadership, while also maintaining dedicated Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises teams to provide tailored day-to-day support to travel partners.”
The changes come as both lines prepare to welcome new ships - Oceania Allura in July 2025; Regent’s first new-generation ship Seven Seas Prestige in 2026 and Oceania Cruises’ first Project Quattro ship, due for delivery in 2027.
Odell said: “I am excited to announce this new sales structure for our vitally important markets in the UK and Ireland, meaning we are now well-positioned to maintain our lead in the luxury and ultra luxury segments.
“This new structure leverages our exceptional talent pool and allows the team to bolster the sharing of best practices, ultimately providing stronger support to our valued travel partners.
“It strategically positions both brands to capitalise on the growing demand for luxury and ultra luxury cruising while showcasing the strengths of our industry-leading team. I am excited to see what Paul and the entire team will achieve.”
Beale added: “It is an honour to accept this new role as we enter a very exciting period for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
“Having been in the cruise industry for 24 years - more than half of them with Regent - I can’t wait to work with the sales teams across both brands to propel these two pre-eminent lines within their categories forward, and to help our trade partners grow their luxury and ultra luxury cruise business.”
There have been no job losses as a result of the new structure.
