Whether your clients want a taste of local Greek cooking or prefer to be dazzled by a Michelin-standard menu, there are 27 restaurants and 13 bars to choose from across Sani Resort. Sani Beach is home to Mediterranean restaurant Ammos, while at Porto Sani, guests can be transported to Peru at Lima restaurant.
For meals created by chefs with Michelin credentials, try Over Water by Stéphanie Le Quellec at Sani Asterias, with dishes inspired by southern France. El Puerto in Porto Sani serves up contemporary Spanish dishes designed by David Ibarboure, while Ettore Botrini has put some Italian favourites on the menu at Fresco at Sani Dunes.
Sustainability is considered along the way, with herbs and vegetables grown in the onsite gardens, and more than half of all produce sourced from local farmers and cooperatives. If that’s not all, guests can also dine on the beautiful waterfront at Sani Marina.
Endless choice
The wide-ranging gastronomy at Sani Resort isn’t just for adults. There are 19 childfriendly menus created by nutritionist and cookbook author Annabel Karmel MBE for younger guests to enjoy. Every meal is fun, colourful and healthy, so kids can enjoy tasty favourites and try new flavours.
And for the summer season, all guests can look forward to Sani Gourmet, a celebration of cooking where globally renowned chefs bring pop-up menus with wine pairings to Elia restaurant.
Dine Around at Sani
There’s so much choice for guests to pick their next meal, thanks to Sani Resort’s Dine Around programme. There are tailored Dine Around menus at 26 restaurants, 12 of which carry no extra charges, available for those staying half board and full board. They can also order à la carte, with a meal credit deducted from their final bill.
