The Travel Network Group (TTNG) has promoted three executives to support its “continued development” and “strengthen” how the consortium serves members and business partners.
Stephanie Slark has stepped up to become chief operating officer for TTNG, overseeing membership services and operations across the group.
She has been with the business for more than 12 years, having joined as head of recruitment and progressing to membership services director.
TTNG said in a statement: “With more than 25 years’ experience in the travel industry, she brings extensive operational expertise and a deep understanding of both the business and its membership base.”
Meanwhile, Kai-Yin Knapp succeeds Gary Gillespie, who has been managing director of the homeworking division Independent Travel Experts (ITE) for six years.
Gillespie becomes product, distribution and capability director with a broader remit across the group.
TTNG said he will be “applying his experience – including a strong background within the tour operator sector – to products, platforms and ongoing training and development, including the group’s Training Academy and its Digital Assistant”.
Kai-Yin joined in 2014 as operations manager and has since progressed through sales manager and sales director roles.
TTNG said she brings “strong commercial insight alongside a detailed understanding of what ITE members need to succeed”.
Gary Lewis, TTNG chief executive, said: “I joined the business 30 years ago, and since then we have grown from fewer than 50 members to the strong, established community of 1,100 members today.
“Naturally, when talented people develop within the organisation, every effort is made to support them and help them progress.
“As a business, we are fortunate to work with people who are deeply passionate about their roles, and it is a real privilege to help them succeed.
“We are incredibly proud of all our people and excited about what 2026 will bring for our members.”
