Farebank Rewards scheme now aligned across four dnata B2B brands

Dnata Travel Group UK’s B2B brands have revamped and simplified their Farebank Rewards into a single scheme.

Agents can earn up to £1,500 per booking based on the gross value of the package across Gold Medal, Pure Luxury, Cruise Plus and Incredible Journeys from August 1.

New tiers have also been introduced, with rewards now added to agents’ accounts at the time of booking.

The amount agents can earn on bookings depends on the gross value of the booking and the scheme is split into tiers.

On bookings up to £5,000, agents will earn £10 per booking. This amount increases with the value of the booking, with the highest possible earning being £1,500 per booking over £150,001.

Farebank Rewards can be redeemed against a range of high street vouchers or for agents’ own holidays.

Trade partnerships director Karen Fletcher said: “Agents were telling us that they wanted their rewards at the time of booking, instead of on departure, so that is exactly what we have introduced.

“The updates to Farebank Rewards also mean the four dnata Travel Group B2B brands are aligned in their offering rather than different amounts for each brand.

“We have been teasing the update on our Gold Medal Agents Facebook page and everyone has conveyed their excitement, we can’t wait for agents to start enjoying the new rewards and earning on all package bookings made with Gold Medal, Pure Luxury, Cruise Plus and Incredible Journeys.”
