Homeworking agency Travel Counsellors has unveiled an AI Hub, with training and resources, as part of a week-long focus on artificial intelligence.
The AI Fest featured interactive sessions blending “internal expertise and external inspiration”, with more than 350 colleagues taking part in live and streamed events.
The week began with a ‘TeamTV AI Takeover’, hosted by two of the company’s AI champions and featuring colleagues sharing their insights and experience of using AI.
Futurist and broadcaster Tom Cheesewright shared his perspectives on the Human-AI partnership and what it means for the future of work.
His session was followed by dedicated AI Marketplace sessions – a day of peer-led learning that covered topics from everyday AI applications and advanced prompting techniques to responsible use of the technology and a spotlight on TC Co-Pilot, the company’s AI-powered platform.
Steve Byrne, chief executive of Travel Counsellors, said: “AI Fest is another milestone in our journey to harness the power of Human + AI.
“What makes it special at Travel Counsellors is the way our people have led the conversation – sharing ideas, inspiring one another, and building confidence in how AI can help us to provide even more care to our customers and clients.”
Following the success of AI Fest, Travel Counsellors will continue to embed AI learning through its AI Hub, LinkedIn Learning modules, and other initiatives.
